2010 Winter Women's Ministry

The 2010 winter semester of the Women's Ministry with Pastor Ginger will focus around Beni Johnson's book, "The Happy Intercessor". It's a Holy Spirit journey into the very heart of the Father. Intercession with joy! "This personal journey takes you on an exciting adventure to capture the heartbeat of heaven." (Beni Johnson) Women are invited to come and participate in fellowship, prayer and study of God's Word with a different perspective on prayer and intercession. Wednesdays at 6pm at the church.

Women's Cup O'Joy!

10am at "What's the Scoop", 541 Maine Avenue next to Bangor Radiator. We meet the last Saturday of the month for a wonderful Cup O' Joy & fellowship!

Women's Dare 2B Fellowship!

We meet to fellowship, pray and do activities. We did a Quilt Raffle with the quilt made & donated by Dorothy Graves. The winner was Vivian Violette!

Dare 2B Creative!

Next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 17th at 11am. Kimberly Allen will be doing a paper craft presentation of stamping techniques, and knitting and beading. She will have paper kits for us as we prepare for ALC's 1st Craft Fair!

Dare 2B God's Celebrated Woman!

Our May meeting is scheduled for Saturday May 15th at 11am. Our guest speaker will be Judy Littlefield. We will be celebrating women & honoring mothers.

The women's ministry throughout this year will host cook off's, with best recipies going towards the ALC Recipe Calendar.

The women's ministry will host bake sales, yard sales and will have its first Craft Fair in the spring of 2010 with all proceeds going to the ALC building fund!
